• Refundable deposit + 10% handling fee

• No refusal due to inability to pay

Assessment fee applies once; services thereafter are free or donation-based.

Medical aid billed when applicable.

Does not employ caregivers but refers known caregivers and mentors them.

Wellness Days: Held monthly at the Hospice garden. Supportive gatherings.

Bereavement Support Group: Six structured sessions, donation of R400 suggested but not compulsory.

Equipment includes: Bath chairs, bedpans, commodes, mattresses, beds, oxygenators, walking frames, wheelchairs, etc.
